Whistleblowers are able to use a secure anonymous form, available both on desktop and mobile. The system will remind you about all the necessary steps to take, and to get back to the whistleblowers, all while guaranteeing their full security and anonymity.
Submissions supervision & management made easy
The VCO app itself is able to monitor and manage all whistleblowing submissions. You can easily assign priority and check the status of each of them. When they’re closed, they are moved to your archive.
Compliance Officers are given a variety of tools to smoothly supervise all whistleblowing submissions, e.g. a digital folder for all available data and files. They can also give access and distribute ownership among one another that optimizes the whole process.
